Start with the installation location, usable space, delivery route, local requirements, and the final documentation for each model. Outdoor placement also needs site, drainage, weather exposure, and clearance planning.
How many people should my sauna accommodate?
Choose for your usual routine, not only the largest possible gathering. Compare the internal space and exterior dimensions of each model, then confirm that the delivery route and prepared site can accommodate it.
Are all specifications and certifications final?
No. Warm Within publishes model-specific specifications, certifications, and test documents only after their scope has been verified. If a document is not linked to the applicable model, request the latest confirmed information before relying on it.
Installation & use
What electrical service will I need?
Requirements vary by model and location. Review the final manual and electrical information for the exact model, then have a qualified local professional confirm circuits, wiring, disconnects, permits, and code requirements.
What should I measure before ordering?
Measure the installation area and the complete delivery route, including unloading space, gates, doorways, stairs, turns, and overhead clearance. Also confirm ventilation, clearances, foundation or floor requirements, and access for future service.
Can I install an indoor sauna outside?
Only use a product in the environment identified in its final documentation. Indoor models should not be assumed suitable for outdoor exposure. Confirm the exact model before planning placement.
