Should I choose an indoor or outdoor sauna?
Choose the setting first. For an indoor model, measure the room and consider ventilation and access. For an outdoor model, consider the site, weather exposure, drainage and local requirements. Compare models built for that setting in Indoor saunas or Outdoor saunas.
How do I choose a capacity?
Start with the number of people who will use it most often. Then compare the usable interior space with the exterior footprint and the space you have available. A “2-person” label alone does not tell you the bench width or installation clearance.
What should I compare between two models?
Compare the placement, stated capacity, wood type and current price on each product page. Before ordering, request the exact model’s dimensions, electrical information and installation instructions. If you have two models in mind, send us both names and your available space.
Can I put an indoor model outside?
Do not plan to expose an indoor model to outdoor conditions unless its final model documentation explicitly permits that use. Browse outdoor models for an outdoor location.

What should I measure before ordering?
Measure the proposed location and the full delivery path: gates, doors, stairs, turns, overhead space and unloading area. Keep those numbers beside the model’s final exterior dimensions. The installation planning guide has a step-by-step checklist.
What electrical work should I plan for?
Electrical needs depend on the exact model and local code. Obtain its final manual and electrical specification before scheduling work; a qualified local electrician can then confirm the circuit, wiring, permits and placement. Do not size a circuit from a different model’s page.
What should I check for an outdoor location?
Check the planned base, drainage, weather exposure, access for delivery and future service, and any local restrictions. The final model instructions should confirm its required foundation, clearances and permitted exposure; use those before construction.
Can I prepare the site before the model documents arrive?
You can measure the location and delivery route now. Delay foundations, electrical work and fixed clearances until you have the final documents for the exact model and have checked local requirements.

What if the published specifications are incomplete?
Send the model name and the missing detail to Warm Within. Ask for the current model-specific document before relying on a dimension, certification or installation requirement.

Include the model or two models you are comparing, indoor or outdoor placement, approximate available dimensions, delivery destination and the question you need answered. This lets the team point you to the relevant documentation.
